Terms of Service for Golfr

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Golfr ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Golfr. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. 4. Use of the App

You agree to use Golfr only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the App to post false or misleading content, harass or harm other users, attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App, scrape or collect data from the App without permission, or violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

5. User-Generated Content

Golfr may allow you to post scores, photos, comments, or other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Golfr a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it within the App. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Golfr — including but not limited to logos, design, text, and software — are owned by Golfr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Golfr may offer premium features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.

8. Privacy

Your use of Golfr is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and share your information.

9. Disclaimers

Golfr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Any reliance on the App for scoring, handicap tracking, or tournament use is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golfr and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the App or other users.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law
